As a general-purpose hospital, Acıbadem Bodrum Hospital started it’s operating in 2012. The hospital provides health services to patients in Bodrum and the surrounding provinces as well as to domestic and international tourists in Bodrum. The outpatient clinic admits patients 24/7 and it accepts coverage of Turkish Social Security Institute, private health insurance providers, bank insurance firms and international health insurance companies. The area of the Hospital is 26 000 m2 which was designed to comply with the nature of Bodrum. There is a lot of daylight in the Hospital, courtyards, special areas for children and waiting areas for patients’ family members on patient floors. Acıbadem Bodrum Hospital has capacity of 108 beds. There are also 23 intensive care beds inside the Hospital, including 5 beds in the neonatal intensive care unit, 4 operating theatres and 11 Emergency Observation Beds as well as a heliport for emergencies. Emergency Medicine department has an area reserved for the patients who require observation and controlling. The hospital provides an extensive array of healthcare services, encompassing a Breast Health Center, Oncology Center, Check-up Unit, In Vitro Fertilization Center, Invasive Cardiology services such as Coronary Angiography, Radiology Department.
